Medic

Medic is the cheapest and safest way to earn in WARDOGS. Every revive saves a teammate the cost of their kit and keeps a body in the zone for the team. Medics get paid for it — double inside the Control Zone.

  1. Be in the zone, one step behind your assaulters. Revives in the Control Zone pay double, and you can see who goes down.
  2. Watch the map. Downed players are marked on it; some have an amount next to them — that’s a bribe they’ll pay whoever picks them up.
  3. Smoke first, then revive. Downed players are often camped: a smoke grenade covers you during the revive.
  4. Don’t heal yourself for XP. Bandaging yourself uses a bandage and gives nothing.
  5. Your SMG is for self-defence. Your job is picking people up, not winning gunfights.
Action Payout

The downed player sets the bribe with F1. More on bribes and tips in Income by action.

White smoke 5 $7,500 $100 Cover while reviving

Weapon Level Unlock Purchase price
AMP-9 start — $900
PP-19 Vityaz 4 $25,000 $1,200
MP5 15 $75,000 $1,500
Super-45 35 $150,000 $2,600

The AMP-9 is available from the start, so you can play Medic on day one. The Super-45 hits noticeably harder with its .45 round, but costs more.

Action XP (approx.)
Bandaging a teammate 80
Revive 200
Defibrillator revive 250
SMG kill 250
SMG headshot 275

You also earn XP from assists scored by the teammates you picked up. Bandaging yourself gives no XP.

  • Reviving outside the zone when you could do it inside. The same revive pays half outside the zone.
  • Running to a downed player under fire. Smoke or cover first, then the revive.
  • Fighting instead of healing. A medic who dies in a gunfight picks nobody up.
  • Ignoring bribes. A downed player with a bribe on the map pays better than one without.
