Economy basics
The economy is the heart of WARDOGS. Every round, attachment and helicopter is bought with in-game cash, and every death means losing what you bought.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- New players start with $10,000 in in-game cash.
- Purchases last for the current match, while your balance carries over between matches.
- You can buy weapons, gear, ammo, attachments, vehicles, helicopters and supplies.
- Nothing can be bought with real money: no item shop, no battle pass.
Income sources
Section titled “Income sources”| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Kills and assists | Main income for assaulters |
| Transport | Bringing teammates to the zone — steady money for drivers and pilots |
| Supply | Delivering supplies to teammates and FOBs |
| Revives | Rewarded separately, great for medics |
| Zone presence | Cash for being in the Control Zone or Hot Zone |
Exact payouts for each action are in the Income by action table, built from our own in-game screenshots.
Trading between players
Section titled “Trading between players”WARDOGS lets you profit from other players: you can sell supplies at a markup or accept tips (and bribes) for services such as transport.
Seasons and gold
Section titled “Seasons and gold”At the start of each season cash, XP and unlocks reset for everyone. To keep your earnings, you can exchange cash for gold bars, which protect your savings from the reset.
The core principle
Section titled “The core principle”Every purchase is a bet. Before buying, ask yourself:
- Can I afford to lose it in the first five minutes?
- How likely am I to lose it, given my role and position?
- Will it pay for itself through kills, holding the zone or support?
